Web Link Directions and Disclaimer (using your own compass)

To Use a Quick Link: Just click on any quick link and a new browser window should open with the website contained in it.

To Use the Menu: Start by clicking on a word - "Publications" - "Web Sites" - "Locators" - or "Organizations" and this text box should update with the information containing the web links. Publications list links to magazines and newsletters that publish information pertinent to the COG brethren. Web Sites contains links to assembling and non-assembling church group web sites as well as service groups. Locators are other sources that provide a service like www.WhereCOG.org. Organizations are "corporate" Church of God church groups.

To add a web link: Start by clicking on the Where (can I help) section, then click on the word "Web Link Listing" and this text box should update with further directions on adding your link. Typically, we like to receive an e-mail that contains the link already, but you can just type it in the form too and submit it if you don't have access to e-mail.

You can help too: Please let us know if at any time there is an error in loading the web page or links. Just click on the Where (can I help) section and leave us a message under "Troubleshooting". This helps us serve you better. Also, please let us know if you feel your group has been listed in error. We do our best to check the source of the request, but understand that not everyone in a group may agree to being posted. Any requests are processed in 3 days or less, so if you do not see your group listing, let us know.

Disclaimer: Please understand that we will try our best to make sure that the information contained on our pages is updated regularly, but it is up to you to contact a particular group that you are interested in attending with and confirm the information listed on our web pages beforehand. Also please understand that some groups may have a difference in opinion on organization, church services, and minor doctrinal issues. It is our hope that in fellowshipping and extending the hand of friendship we can go beyond these perceived human limitations and truly worship in the spirit of Christ.

The opinions expressed on this web page are not necessarily those of the groups linked to or listed on this web site. Conversely, the opinions expressed by the groups that we are linked to or are listed on this web site are not necessarily those of the Church of God, Downers Grove or WWW.WhereCOG.org
